By accessing or using Alt SourceCode services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Our Services

Alt SourceCode provides local AI-powered business intelligence solutions including on-premise AI analytics platform, data integration and ETL services, natural language query interface, managed hardware deployment, and ongoing support and maintenance.

Billing

Our services include a one-time setup fee and monthly subscription. Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these terms or required by applicable law.

Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of your data. Alt SourceCode does not claim any ownership rights to your business data. All data processed by our platform remains on your infrastructure and under your control.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, attempt to reverse engineer our software, share access credentials with unauthorized parties, or interfere with the proper functioning of the service.

Service Levels

We commit to 99.9% system uptime for managed components, response to critical issues within 4 hours, and regular system updates and security patches.

Liability

Alt SourceCode's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, we will assist with data export and system decommissioning as requested.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated 30 days in advance.
